Your right boiler, which is why I emailed MR this morning to ask him why there has not already been an announcement regarding this. I am also still awaiting a response from an email from a few days ago re the manufacturing question. Usually MR gets back to me on the same day?
Obviously...there are brokers in the know, hence all the jostling for position in the last week.
I must say this is a big disappointment for me as I have always held the management in high regard...but its very clear there are games being played here.

Mr market will wake up when someone gives him a poke saying "pre open".
