"The market needs to wake up and realise that the approval means that phase 2b is a success"
There is one thing that I would change in boiler's post
"phase 2b IS a success".
Using the word "IS" is going too far, in my opinion.
I would add one more word after "IS" to read:
"phase 2b IS PERHAPS a success"
"IS" makes it sound that it is a definite - I am not yet as definite as boiler appears to be.
But so far so good!
