I stated IS IT POSSIBLE repeat POSSIBLE that phase 2b is a success. All Long termers here are smart enough to work out that NOTHING IS GUARANTEED and would not be misled as you seem to think.

Repeat NOTHING IS GUARANTEED! In the end you could end up losing everything that you have invested in PRR.

My questions are still valid. Why would Korea approve phase 3? Is it POOSIBLE that they believe that there is a good chance that phase 2b results are going to be positive? Who knows?
