I believe that charts are useless, with a stock like PRR. At best they will show where the price has been, but as far as anything else is concerned - worthless - that is my opinion.
I read the announcements and have concluded that all is proceeding exceptionally well. I can also see that manipulators have had and are continuing to have a ball with PRR.
