If you call the volumes traded on asx of PRR as miniscule and therefore irrelevant. Why do you say the nasdaq is trading relatively good volumes. Last night traded about 46,000 ADR's , equivalent to about 1.2 mill shares here.
Is it you are just using licence to support your assumtions/ theories?
