    I actually read that article this morning. Yes they did say Africa could end up with cheaper iron ore but they also said they have no transport and no ports to ship it if they actually had mines operating which they don't. Then they have huge political instabilty as well. Sounds like they have a dream... bit like us FMS dreamers. If I was Viktor I think I'd stick to plan A.
