LOL, MMK cannot buy any FMS share....but Russian relate to MMK can buy all FMS shares and sell to MMK. Can Australia Corporate ban them?No. Can Australia Corporate law stop them doing that Russian buy FMS shares and sell to MMK cheap under 20 or 25 cent? NO
But Russian can stop the takeover process between MMK and FMS...who win here Australia or Russian....Of course Russian...Australia just needs to sit down and wait for Russian command...
