You are right there as you can see no one cares re ann and most of them don't really believe the management too much, a few years back this type of ann would have driven sp higher but today nothing happened.
Yes they need the licence, yes they need to say that they have got the debt raised and yes they need to say that work already started with heavy equipments already there, untill then probably sp will stay at 2 and moving sideways.
I am still a believer and have not lost any faith and in time the reward will be there so we just have to wait for more developements.
