    Selciper:
Isn't it time for those ASIC sleepy-heads to lift their skulls
from their desks and have a good look at the latest PIF casualties' situation?
    ----------------------------------
Well Selciper, the chickens seem to have finally come home to roost!

Just as with my campaign back in 2012 with:
“Wellington Capital confirmed to ASIC that it considers the amendments
to be within its power and in the best interests of the members of the PIF.

In these circumstances ASIC is not proposing to take further action in relation
to the specific issues raised in relation to the Placement and Non-Renounceable Rights Issues...

    ” neutralised with “… I trust a woman more than a man… “

and for which I got ridiculed on this forum, to:

".... The Court will only approve the settlement if it decides that the settlement
is fair and reasonable and in the best interests of the class members."
    [2014 KPMG],

which again attracted shrieks of ‘leave it to the judge’ when I tried to rouse PIF troops
into showing their “BEST INTERESTS” to Judge Perram by showing up at the hearing.

2 fronted, yours truly among them. Judge P. seemed disappointed.
And KPMG crowed & jeered: “where is the opposition?... to our settlement proposal”

So now we face this prospect of coughing up any “deficit” to
ARL Elite Accountants, aka ‘hornets in BMWs’ within accountancy fraternity.

    What do you reckon troops?
Is it worth another arousal to a campaign to stop this happening?
Do you think lessons of the past may bear fruit into our future?

    Let’s try.
I will kick off the campaign by writing to ASIC and I will post the letter here.
Your responses or just acknowledgements will be presented to ASIC as signatories to:
PIF appeal to Prevent Dilution of Distribution by Dodgy Accounting.
The bottom Line is for PIF to receive full redemption value of remaining assets.
Other Alert Destinations should be PIFAG, ARL board members with
a warning against manufacturing any “deficits” and the like.

I encourage you to POST your efforts here so we can compile
an archive that we can be proud to show our Grandchildren.

    See you soon,
