Certainly another very good read.
Unfortunately most on hotcop who will read sacophagus's link will know of those teachings - the old 'preaching to the converted' stuff- I only hope that a few others partake of an opportunity to have a read.
In meditation if one can still the lower mind (slow the brain waves) to zero then there is a possibilty of tapping into the higher mind where there is no time no space, no thought, no sense. A state of bliss if it lasts, but a thought, & it's back to Earth time & checking the mkt.
