Your conceptual skills are rather lacking I.e your confusion surrounding 'communism' and 'social responsibility'.
I never alluded to the view that my concept of 'social responsibility' should be 'enforced. Far from it. What was implied was the 'social responsibilities associated with the 'social contract' - I.e. the body of 'commonly agreed laws' that you referred to, but also all the unwritten laws - the codes of behaviour, ettiquettes and common decencies that educated and non-narcissist people normally subscribe to in civilised societies.
Examples of these unwritten laws - standing up for mothers with babies or people with disabilities on public transport, allowing drivers to change lanes in traffic, keeping to the left on busy pedestrian routes, not jumping queues and not free riding.
People who don't subscribe to those sort of unwritten 'social contract' laws are boorish, self-centred oafs.
Anti-vaxx is an example of this - putting one's immediate needs ahead of everyone else. It's what toddlers do.
Vaccinations are not 100% effective. Far from it. But that is not the point. The point is that widespread vaccination does reduce transmission rates, but more importantly, prevents many deaths and hospitalisations.
This last matter is the most important for the 'social contract'. Doing everything possible to avoid being a burden on the health system is the decent thing to do. Blind Freddy can see how covid hospitalization (overwhelmingly from the unvaxxed in recent months) has impacted thousands - millions globally - of elective surgery beds. At considerable stress on those who have to wait and wait.
But, of course, narcissists can't see that as they are hard-wired to see only there own needs and, importantly, refer to anything that threatens those self-centred needs as 'communism.
