Vaccination is available. Vaccination should give some protection. Anyone prepared to take the risk with not getting vacciated should then be allowed to take that risk.
Once there is no delay for vaccination then it should be open borders. Those vaccinated would have reduced the risk and should not fear contact with the the virus. State Premiers will then have no reason to shut borders.
If this open border policy is not enforced and some businesses still require a vaccine passport then the vaccination program is a complete waste of time and money.
