BLR is now at a crossroad where it could get support at 19.5 cents or break down to 15 cents. Despite the price fall, the momentum 14 indicator is slightly moving up and almost crosses the zero line. Given the 19.5 cents is the strong support level over the last a few months, it is more likely that BLR touched bottom and will rebound back above 30 weekly MA. I bought some at this level.
