Hi Pika, the fact that SDL is indefinitely deferring the investor consortium refinancing sticks out like a giant sore thumb. As much as a mine EPC contract being issued from scratch after FLUOR is done with the blueprint.
Personally, I think Fluor's study may possibly never be read by those developing it.
