Sorry with all respect Matt, that's pure speculation.
I just don't see any catalysts to drive up the share price. From what I hear at the AGM, SDL will announce cost cutting e.g remuneration, but that's about it, in Dec. I still don't think they have enough cash to last more than Jun 2015...just don't see it. They have $30m at 31Dec14...then what? IO price won't go anywhere, finding capital is hard these days. TO speculation is just that, speculation!...we've been speculating about a TO for over 2yrs even when SDL was 10c...look at it now.
