You guys can speculate all you like, at end of day SDL is sitting at all time low of 3.4c...3.4c!!!!
It was 10c not long ago, then 8.5c, then 8, then 6c then 4.5c, then now 3.4!!!
What has changed, tell me, tell me market has been wrong all this time.
There comes to a point you need to reassess. I'm not saying SDL doesn't have a chance being taken over, but judging from the urgency of cost cutting measures coming, they are in survival mode.
If there was a TO on the table, you think the board will entertain us with these cost cut initiatives?...don't think so, they will just aim straight getting a TO agreement.
There won't be any TO for quite some time, please don't hang out hope, it will just come back and bite you..
