to increase wages wal-mart could implement the following:
have less hours spent on staff meetings, team building and the like. businesses in other countries perform fine having less staff meetings!
have less staff. imo companies like wal-mart tend to be over staffed. lot of workers standing around, a lot of the time! if they pay the staff more, they may work harder!
