Two thought son this:
1. That concept can be applied to most people regardless of their background, and
2. What was the excuse for terrorism prior to " the globalisation of identity, and social and political causality"
Hard to believe Waleed has the ear of the government, maybe no-one in there wants to admit they don't understand all the big words (not that I did either, but at least I looked them up).
