Every individual has a right to their own beliefs and conduct themselves as they wish as long as they are in compliance with the laws of the land. No-one has to integrate but its definitely never-the-less going to be a better experience for anyone to so imo. There are always exceptions and thats why you get cults etc and people who choose alternative lifestyles. They are free to do so provided they do not breach the laws of the land.
