Waleed is abusive to Margaret Court about her SSM stance - which would indicate he is in favor and in fact condones homosexuality .

Then he turns up at a meeting /lunch with Turnbull and other Muslim mates ...inc one Mufti/Cleric that has openly espoused the killing of homosexuals - "throwing them off the roof" which means the same thing .

He is caught between and like any pollie or aspiring pollie cannot answer a question - maybe that is the answer to his non commitment or answer - he will most likely turn up as a Labor candidate into a safe seat
