Duh, of course contractors want to be paid on delivery.

But that has nothing to do with the time span required to recover the cost of the infrastructure.

Maybe you should do some more research and reading about how the NBN was to be funded if you really don't know the detail.


There is lots of info about the NBN including the funding out in the public domain, just don't get the info from Mr ipad (inventor of the Internet).
