~$7m is what Hank was asking for, so that's the maximum settlement amount. Obviously Yow would try litigate or settle for a lesser amount. I was working on worst case scenario.
Regarding the capsule and patent, I honestly dont think there will be any infringement. Whetstone and Yowie already litigated against Candy treasure regarding patent infringement, so they have their eyes wide open in this area and sought detailed legal opinion regarding the patent. I dont have concerns in that regard.
the only thing that actually bothers me at the moment is precisely the production capacity they have currently and their ability to meet orders and angry birds as planned.
some fellow investors have asked this of the company and been told that an Announcement is due this week and that production is good and no worries about meeting orders but details cant be provided of course until market is informed.
