quite simple - the loan and CR was far more taxing and complicated than a simple M&P investor like me could foresee.
On the flip side - the speculation of doom and gloom I referred to has also been wrong.
- WKT has funds to build a mine
- Dirt is being turned over
I still believe the share price will go up. Unfortunately that climb hasn't started as quickly as I had hoped!
