Beach would surely have confirmed that walker would sell his percentage prior to the hostile bid,
the question is, when did they start the negotiation and when does that fit with walkers recent share activity if anything.
Silly thing to do if he did insider trade, seems to me he could have just made sure beach offered another cent/share to make the difference,
