Walker got & took the same deal as offered to other shareholders. Therefore no monetary gain.
No leg to stand on really as far as insider trading.

PS. Sold my megre holding yesterday. I have interest in BPT anyway, happy to take the 20c now, can easily scalp any potential gain that I could of made by holding on elsewhere. ADE will not trade any higher the .20ish in the near future, it has had its dash.
