    let's follow your lead:

So Lion walked away because didn't have money (or couldn't raise the cash).

So GOA is willing to sell 60% of 700.000 oz of gold (price per oz above 1700 dollars nowadays) for only 8 millions.

    A little math:

    700.000 oz x 1700 price per oz = 1.190.000.000

    60% of this = 714.000.000

Of course there is production cost and bla bla bla, but the are willing to sell 714 millions assets for 8 millions. With this deal they couldn't raise money?

Lion deal it was to explore artisanal zone while GOA make more drills in the project. That is the only fact. All the rest is merely especulation.

One speculation why the deal is now off? The artisanal zone probable does not give enough return to invest 8 millions and probable Lion thinks that the cost of production does not encorauge to mining so deep in the mountain for the rest. We all knew that from the begining: without bonanza, probable they will leave the gold 1000 m down the earth.

And if GOA wnats to sell 60% of this project for only 8 millions is because they agree with this...

Face it: our hope for some change is all in Croydon.
