Hi W2, I see what you are saying about the many benefits from having such a relationship. That said, there is no need to dilute to hold that much cash. They've got $5M at bank at end of April and have $4M due when options expire next year which is more than enough coin to get them to a financing deal. Perhaps an enticement of equity to get them aligned but I'd hate to see them rush something like that through when it's starting to look like they are in the box seat. Nice and methodical...get the best deal, not the quickest imo. Time will tell.
