Why would a seller declare thier hand with a 2 million shares
at 44 cents ? Look suspicious to me i.e a seller saying to the buyers it's going to take you guys (and girls) a while to get through this and other sellers forced to sell under 44 cents if they want to quit VMG - overall effect ? Acts to push the price down perhaps through the critical line of support at 42 cents. When the share downtrends to 39/40...the wall at 44 cents mysteriously evaporates and the SP reverses it's downward trend for the next leg up. Just a theory ?
