I believe the issue with CTP's SP is that they've been all over the place with their plans / changes / actions over the past years and even recently. The fact that they have huge acreage only adds to this issue, how do you explore an area of this magnitude?? They need to bed down some strategies, which they seem to have done, but they need to prove to the market that they can follow these strategies. When Mr Market is convinced that CTP has a viable plan in place and more importantly that CTP will follow these plans, then maybe we'll start to see them being positively re-rated.
