Did anyone see Bloomberg's article on Wall Street men's strategies they have adopted to ensure they are not incorrectly accused as part of the #MeToo movement I.e. no 1-on-1 dinners, keeping doors open when having a meeting with a female, staying on different floors in hotels etc etc..
I must say that I agree. the risk is too high for male execs in particular. I know of numerous situations where women employees have offered 3-somes, not worn underwear and bent over in front of execs etc. Even if you say NO in these situations your career is in major jeopardy! we all want sexual equality in the workplace but women need to pull their socks (or undies up) and show that men can trust them if we want a fair distribution. Their should be a #MeToo movement for falsely accused execs!!!
