get approval FIRB
get approval SH
issue shares
consolidate (at least 10:1)
then issue more shares for "potentially persue value accretive acquisitions"
not to mention the new "uncle" potentially reaping the rewards of floating out Nepean (current value zilch)
and pay "uncle" 51% all along the way
There better be a mammoth mass burial at TI !!!
Not a bad investment for at least 1 side of this deal
so - does the other side come up equally as well: US ????
