nmdc seem pretty confident in doing these deals, i am amazed how they are freely they talking to the indian press. imo, lcy looks cheap atm.
mak is lucky nmdc came along, they were looking dead in the water going nowhere. amazing how fast perceptions/circumstances can change. imo a worst case investment would be 30mill lcy 100mill mak(roughly their current market caps for 50%). but i suspect nmdc being government owned and how quickly lcy and mak look to be embracing these deals, the offers are a lot better.
