From the wall street journal today.

NMDC has put on hold its plan to partner with Australia's Steller Resources Ltd. to develop the Tarcoola Iron Ore Project.

"We need to do more work before reaching a conclusion," Mr. Som said.

Now I might be reading too much in to this and will prob be proven wrong but my first thought was that Stellar was used to give NMDC leverage in their talks with Legacy. Sort of another option if Legacy don't give them what they want! As far as I'm aware no ann has been made about this on the SRZ website.
