FYI look a bit closer and don't get swallowed by too much hopium on this front. My tin foil hat says that the silver squeeze is noise created by Citadel (back stoppers of Melvin Capital, who are mega underwater after this Gamestop thing) because Citadel is one of the largest institutional holders of SLV.
Therefore, they benefit from an increase to silver to better provide liquidity to maintaining their short positions on GME.
