I have now had the time to go back over the earlier MKY reports and this may serve to correct some of my earlier comments which relied on faulty memory. Over the last six months MKY identified an area known as "Exploration Target Zone 1" which is located in the NW corner of EPM 14315 and covers 12 square kilometers (not 148 sq kms as i alluded to earlier. Within this zone is a highly anomalous target 2.5 kms x 800 meters. This 12 square kilometer area is now known as the Wally 2 Cluster. 11 samples picked up in this area averaged 23.34 pounds per ton / 10,620 ppm. An additional 36 samples were picked up around the balance of EPM14315 they averaged .79 pounds per ton / 359 ppm. The very interesting fact here is that 47 samples were collected and ALL samples were highly anomalous (none were barren which is highly unusual). Even the low grade samples carry economic grades which is even more unusual (subject to qualification).

MKY has identified a number of dyke like intrusions within the Wally 2 Cluster that have shed the collected uranium samples and they have now trenched on some of these areas to indentify uranium within a "vein system/s". Folks we are talking volcanic activity that brings outrageously rich uranium grades to the surface i.e. 100 pounds per ton / 45,000 ppm from deep within the earth.

    (1) We know that the heart of the system (or one of the systems) is contained within a 12 square kilometer area (2) All of the samples collected are high in uranium (3) the whole area is covered in the stuff so we may assume that something very substantial is doing the "shedding of u" IMHO we are not talking about a thin vein doing this but possibly a number of them??? (4) several of the trenches have uncovered these vein systems.

No one knows where this is all heading but I would be inclined to say that it is very very positive. The market has not developed any interest in MKY yet, it still remains an unknown penny stock with very little interest. We are still at a very early stage in the grass roots exploration of Wally 2 but i suspect that interest is about to pick up when the trenching results are released.

There is also tons of gold still in the Palmer River area. RAU has some excellent maps which point out all of the very numerous gold shows to the NE of their properties in the Palmer River (where MKY claims are located). Good luck to all longs.
