FAS barely have enough cash to fund their own cash burn rate for the next few months. Your brokers explicitly state that they will not raise the money UNLESS the takeover is successful.
Speaking of capital raisings at a discount, no doubt FAS will need to do one soon.. Let's see you try to do a capital raising with the current FAS track record... No broker is going to touch it unless its at 20 cents or thereabouts.
Oh and have fun paying the mandatory parts of your advisor fees even if the takeover fails.
But of course there isn't any point spending any of this cash on drilling up existing FAS prospects, is there? :P
