fer. to the "shareholders agreement to accept the offer" as ann. by FAS on 15/oct/2007 under "becoming a substancial holder..." whats that say under "termination" (2) "the offer has not been declared free from all conditions within two months of the date of this offer". this was dated on the 15/OCT/2007.
so gts. your 25% turns into scrambled eggs on the 15/DEC/2007.
