    it is a "pre-bid acceptance agreement" made by 9 GWR shareholders totaling 14,048,850 shares and finishes on the 15/DEC/2007 unless 51% is achieved.

    it may be more proper to let them deside what to do with there shares??

    you can talk to them about it on the 15/DEC/2007 at 8:00 AM. they will all be having scrambled eggs!
