The merger was NOT at a higher price as the price of FAS post merger (and post capital raising, fees etc) is indeterminate.

In addition, $1.85 was CASH was for a minority interest. FAS wanted control but not willing to pay for it.

Cash offers are not the same as scrip... lol


If FAS offer $4.75 or whatever they reckon GWR is worth in CASH - I will accept. ROFL

FAS doesn't look like it could raise the cash to last another 12 months if it doesnt get the GWR asset.
