So, best wait for the announcement and details to be released. I have read that a ex-Walmart legal person advises "not to pop the cork when the (supplier agreement) is signed, but pop it when the purchase order comes in".

Then figure out how to prove your non-Walmart business is 3 times greater than theirs.
