I remeber early last year hearing GS value the company between $3-$4 when during discussions over potential takeover from one of the surrounding HM mining companies. That was way before the full resource size had been established...it has grown considerably since then.
Once the JORC is out it will become clear....$3 would be a minimum I feel.
