Well todays announcement is clearly just the tip of a story iceberg. I'm guessing that Mr Walters had broken relationships with key people in the Pani dispute and LSX had lost faith in him. I hope Adrian Rollke is an 'agreed' candidate that the other side is happy to work with so the dispute goes away.
"Hope" is a terrible word to use in investment matters, and I am not happy that the information flow on all of this situation is so poor. If Rollke is just a functional replacement with then the One Asia value in the LSX portfolio my be much higher than its true worth.
Of course the Lion main shareholders (Robin Widdup +) have massive skin in this game so I am confident they are doing their best to get this resolved and moving positively again, but frankly the smell coming out is not good. Too long between updates and not enough information in them when they do come out.
