    I did a gov search back to nov 2004 and found this

    Kimberley Oil’s now epl application for area L04-5 in the onshore Perth Basis has been successful with the permit being offered to the company.L04-5 covers 1,070 sq km and contains the entirety of the Walyering gas field. The permit provides Kimberley with all hydrocarbon rights including coal bed methane. ...
