I wish that was true but the old BOTs to force price down and suppress price while shorting than pester management for a CR and close the shorts at a 15% discount goes on by the fund managers.
Yes it is harder once income producing but still happens - depends upon what story they can spin ( doubts and fears ) and the spend requirements of the company.
Petro may want to amp things up and in that scenario we would still need funds.
