1. we have a large compensation bill coming from Santos. 2. Condor is close to be scrapped, it so t going to happen. 3. Mongolia will need more cash soon and it’s worth half 3/4 of the look through value + it’s won’t be treated for years and be cum raise the whole time. The soon TMK agrees to take it off our hands the better. 4. The STX con note will allow STx to convert shares at there will so they will effectively become our largest shareholder, plus and cash we do make we have to pay them at 15% interest rate. 5. Walyering isn’t making the Q3 deadline, I’m hearing MAYBE 1 Nov! 6. The Triangle farm in is worthless, yes it may produce some good gas opps but it’s still a huge risk and that’s why it’s worth $0 in our share price.
STX and TNK shares are our best bet going forward. Nothing TPD does now will change its share price if another bid doesn’t go through, we just track STX now, get behind them and let’s all make a some $$ and move to the next play.
it’s a done deal. Only way it’s not done is if STX pulls the pin, then we are in real trouble.
