You're not really telling the full story with your one selected stat there. Ex-div price was $1.74 and the grossed up dividend is (15.5cps/70*100) 22.14cps so a yiels of 12.7%.Holders are also down 9.2% ($1.74 to $1.58) since that date. Bare in mind they're only due half of this dividend at the up coming pay date. So if you bought on ex-date you'll receive a grossed up dividend this month of 11cps (yield 6.36%) but have made a capital loss on the SP of 9.2%. Some mojo slippage there...
