An lic's price is going to be determined by the value of its investments and the discount or premium investors put on it.
That premium is based on the opinion that investors have about the management.
It seems that the fall back to par I mentioned earlier has occured.
I see no reason why that should change.
I don't think anyone believes the high dividend has a proper underlying basis.
