Those complaining to ASIC about NWT should also do the same about WAM, who are manipulating this share price at will.
Wams last change in substantial shareholding notice was on 15/1/07 when they advised that their holding had reduced to 221m shares.
Their market announcement on 9/2/07 showed that they still held NWT shares too the value of $2.23m as at 31/1/07, however their announcement as at 9/3/07 showed a nil holding as at 28/2/07.
They should have been obliged under ASX laws to lodge a change in substantial holding before now.
I suspect they will only lodge when they are ready to take up the $2.75m convertible note
