They are expecting a high demand. As far as I understood (page 22 and 23 of prospectus), broker's firm has their own pool. So , if I am right, application via exposure period can help (but not guaranty) to increase chance for bigger allocation (subject to that broker's firm will have lower demand than priority and /or general offer). Like eggs in a different baskets-it's just way to reduce risks . IMHO.
"It will be a matter for the Brokers how they allocate Shares among their clients, and they (and not the Company) will be responsible for ensuring that clients who have received an allocation from them, receive the relevant Shares. The Company takes no responsibility for any acts or omissions by your Broker in connection with your Application, Broker Firm Application Form and Application Monies (including, without limitation, failure to submit Broker Firm Application Forms by the close of the Broker Firm Offer)."
