    This from Wilson Asset Management:

"Lead Portfolio Manager Oscar Oberg and Equity Analyst Shaun Weick are in Adelaide this week meeting with company management teams. Today, Oscar and Shaun visited WAM Capital (ASX: WAM), WAM Microcap (ASX: WMI) and WAM Research (WAM: WAX) holding Beston Global Food Company (ASX: BFC), a South Australian based dairy company, to meet with management and senior employees.

Beston Global Food Company produces and distributes a range of products such as dairy, meat and water which provide specific nutritional benefits. Beston's products are derived from natural sources with minimal processing, allergens and artificial inputs such as colours, flavours and preservatives.

Oscar and Shaun toured the Jervois Dairy processing facility to gain insight into the operations and progress being made on lactoferrin production capacity expansion to extract higher value proteins and deliver improved margins. The management team have spent the past two years simplifying the corporate structure and operating businesses, while the balance sheet has been restored via asset sales. We believe the company has reached an inflection point, with the upcoming commissioning of the expanded lactoferrin capacity a key catalyst to delivering a sustainable uplift in profitability".

I've tried to glean some idea from WAM about its rationale for its investment in BFC without success and this assessment seems less than enthusiastic.
